I cannot see my organization
Fix organization selection and membership problems.
Outcome
Get into the organization that contains your workspace.
Applies to
Users who are signed in but cannot reach the expected workspace.
Before you start
Make sure you used the email address that received the invite.
Steps
- Sign out and sign in with the expected account.
- Open the organization selector.
- Check whether the organization appears under your account.
- Ask a workspace admin to confirm your membership.
- Use the invite again if your membership was not accepted.
What happens next
Once the organization is visible, select it and return to the workspace.
