Before you start
Create a timeline before opening a review. Decide whether reviewers should see a live plan or a snapshot.
Steps
- Open Reviews to see active shares.
- Check whether each share is a live timeline or snapshot.
- Review guest access and recent activity.
- Open unresolved notes and respond or resolve them.
- Revoke access when the review is complete.
